My friend was visiting his daughter last month and a couple days after he left, she texted him saying she had just found out from the hospital that she had that foot, mouth disease. Said it was contagious. He didnt have any symptoms. But its the first time I have heard of anyone having it.
My nephew had that about 2 months ago. Very sick, and has not been 100% since. Currently experiencing symptoms of a burning sensation in his sinuses, and alopecia among others.
He's 26 years old and exceptionally physically fit. Has a body like a Greek statue.
It's very likely all these "animal diseases" are not "natural" but engineered.
