I was Twitter banned for life so it’s sweet revenge to watch the fake news propagandists get a taste of their own medicine. But adhering to the principles of free speech no one should be banned except for threats of violence or criminal activities such as child porn or solicitation.

Trust me, they are in no pain. Part of their job is to tweet. Thats just one less thing for them to do. They have other platforms their readers will migrate too
Its a bad precedent. Anyone going against the narrative is fair game, and such mass bannings of mainstream narrative pushers just serve to normalize this.
Also, one of the best features of Twitter used to be its heterogeneous nature. If it becomes an echo chamber its value is diminished
I agree with you. I've spent the last 3 years walking on eggshells because of shadowbanning and censoring and FB/Twitter jail. I'm happy to see the tables being turned
I, too, have issues with banning libs from social media. Since when free speech only for conservatives? That sounds exactly like the Marxist approach of the libs. Or, conservatives become exactly what we’ve railed against. Unless the “post” is illegal (child porn, threats, inciting violence, etc.), it shouldn’t be banned. The truth, once in the light, will rise to the top. Free speech is for all, even the dumb and dumber members of society.
Don’t care at all... these alleged journalists were suspended for 7 days 🙄 after they purposely violated the new anti doxxing policy with the sole purpose of getting Elon to suspend them so they build outrage from the far left and cry hypocrisy. Instead they just ended up looking like childish crybabies. So no, I don’t care at all.
First, I am not a praying man, but we should all drop down on our knees and thank God for you and people like you.
Second, any concern I might have would depend entirely upon how and why they were banned. If they were banned for breaking a clearly-stated procedural rule as the result of a clearly-defined process that allows for an honest appeal, no problem.
If; as in the old Twitter; they were banned because some nerdy, opinionated twit didn't like what they said; and there is, in reality, no appeal; that sucks.

I have never been on Twitter Facebook …. Spellchecker. I am over all the censoring. It is our rights that are being destroyed.
