I'm not sure it is actually correct to categorize it all as not giving a shit. I think so much crap has happened since 2007 that it has become overwhelming to many and they've shut off the data spigot. Data overload and so much that individuals have no control over. Its not that every day people dont care, they have too much coming at them to focus on one thing, so they mentally sort. They also cant accept that their government is actively working against them and trying to dispose them.
People do care but their caring has been weaponized and turned against them. Subconsciously people know that they have been screwed but do not know how to reconcile that with social forces and normal conscious activity. So most are in shut down mode. The current dominant narrative is showing its faults and the way to bring people back to life is to present a narrative that has room for repressed subconscious knowing within general conscious modeling.
For me, this means repudiating the split model of reality and replacing it with the assumption that the spiritual and the physical are basically the same thing.
