Have you come across the New Dawn Magazine? They have some excellent people who contribute (though not all the same standard). They do go into some fairly obscure areas and they have a book review section. You can also browse the contents of the back copies to see if there's anything in any of those that matches what you're looking for https://www.newdawnmagazine.com/
