I understand why this is viewed as a positive development. And I agree that it does indeed crack the legal door open. Nevertheless, I would ask, "How does this equate to justice?"

There is nothing to suggest that this was the result of negligence. On the contrary, everything we know about this "vaccine" stinks of intentional fraud. If this was fraud; and I hate that "if"; it was the criminal cold-blooded murder of millions for profit, power, and political gain.

We survivors who console our conscience with the lie that we avenge the murder of our loved ones by settling for money are in fact taking a bribe for our silence. To take that bribe betrays, not just our own loved ones, but all of those millions now unable to avenge themselves because were defrauded into death or near total disability. Our only hope of stopping this slide into the murder-for-profit abyss is to answer this murder of millions with the executions of everyone who knowingly and actively participated. Either we witness these monsters swinging from the yardarms or we become their silent accomplices, not just in this travesty, but in the next.

"Of course — the bogus 'health authorities' are claiming that there’s no 'conclusive' evidence linking the deaths to the injections. The payout was based off temporal proximity..."

Must be that the health authorities are unaware of autopsies...
