Not sure thats a fully accurate assessment, as when enough of the domestic population has had enough it usually goes bad for those in charge. They care as much as required to retain the ststus quo, as seems to be true elsewhere...

It’s hard for me to believe anyone is unaware of the mRNA hazards now. Why would China want to kill or maim its own population?
