FRAUD in Germany:
Die Welt claiming the Pfizer COVID gene serum injection clinical trials were fraudulently conducted.
Well written piece on this above. Soon this understanding will become even more commonplace. Just look at recent injection uptake statistics globally — they’re down, substantially.
FRAUD in Japan:
In Japan, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare is a broadly tasked agency with a cabinet level position appointed by the Prime Minister. It has finally started tracking “suspected side reactions after vaccination” as of a few days ago (mid Feburary 2023.)
Of course, this information will become more widely accepted worldwide in a few weeks. There is a tremendous lag in information / events occurring in one country and reaching a wider audience. Not all of this information is accurate: see recent information wildfires about Thailand “cancelling” contracts with Pfizer. That one did not materialize… Yet.
FRAUD in Switzerland:
Pascal Najadi (his father was a WEF co-founder, and was assassinated in 2013) has lodged criminal complaints with the Swiss legal system. Further reading at the link above.
FRAUD in USA:
On March 1st, 2023 — a hearing will take place for a case related to Pfizer’s alleged fraud during clinical trials for the COVID-19 injections. This will be heard in a Texas District Court which will determine the next steps (Discovery, etc.) with respect to the fraud.
No doubt that this fraud occurred. It’s simply a matter of whether or not it will be addressed at this time, in a future hearing, or in another case. There are many.
This all has precedent:
In the early 1990s, for example, a doctor was found falsifying medical records in order to enroll his patients in clinical trials for a breast cancer treatment.
28 May 1994
Until March, fraud in clinical trials was practically unheard of. But
no longer. When a doctor was found falsifying information on his patients
in order to enrol them in studies of breast cancer treatments, the ‘f’ word
hit the front page and was sent ricocheting off the walls of Congress.
The incident was clearly a breach of conduct and of faith, but it quickly
acquired a political dimension that distorted its significance. Suddenly,
Democratic Congressman John Dingell had an issue tailored to enhance his
reputation for exposing scientific misconduct, while simultaneously allowing
him to appear as a champion of women’s health. A Congressional hearing called
by Dingell raised the decibel level and added to the confusion. In the ensuing
political frenzy, one of the world’s leading clinical trials in breast cancer
research was sent crashing to the ground.

And here, a more recent case from 2017 (which resolved in 2022):
Co-Owner of Clinical Trial Company Pleads Guilty to Obstruction of Justice in Connection with Falsification of Clinical Trial Data
On January 12, 2022, the co-owner of a clinical research site in Miami, Florida pleaded guilty to one count of obstruction of justice after she knowingly lied to a United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) investigator during a 2017 regulatory inspection. Olga Torres co-owned the clinical research site, Unlimited Medical Research (UMR). During its years of operation, UMR was engaged as a clinical trial site by a number of pharmaceutical companies. The conduct that led to the obstruction of justice charge stemmed from a clinical trial conducted at UMR to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a pediatric asthma drug.
…
Clinical trial fraud is a fairly recent subject of federal fraud enforcement. In December 2021, Deputy Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Arun G. Rao delivered remarks at the Food & Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI) 2021 Enforcement, Litigation and Compliance Conference indicating that the Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch has focused its efforts on combatting clinical trial fraud over the past several months. Deputy AAG Rao explained that fabricated clinical trial fraud can result in dangerous consequences if relied upon by those making material decisions about the safety and efficacy of a drug, and falsification of clinical trial data can undermine confidence in the healthcare industry as a whole. We expect to see further clinical trial fraud actions in the coming months.

The question is now..:
When will regulators take a good, hard look at the fraud perpetuated on those who were coerced, lied to, or otherwise took drugs under a fraudulently obtained Emergency Use Authorization?
Which country will get to the fraud first?
If you’re familiar with the state of affairs in other countries — with respect to this particular breed of fraud — please leave a note in the comments.
If you’re suffering from injection side effects — it’s worth trying some options. Hopefully soon there will be some movement on powerful Class Action Lawsuits where many injection-injured people can try to pry open the coffers of Pfizer, Moderna, and others to get some monetary relief for the immeasurable damage caused by these harmful injections.
Thanks for this, Farm. There's also the one case that has been brought against the Swiss government by a banker/financier. Can't think of his name off the top of my head. I guess it's not directed at Pfizer, but I still think the basis is fraud and/or misleading the public.
What about those that approved these death jabs and pushed them (those in gov offices) who are not liable or so it seems? The taxpayer seems to always be on the hook for bad/evil decisions made by gov employees and the employees are unscathed without accountability.
